Lunch at the Fishhook. I would highly recommend this little "hole in the wall" restaurant!
Olivia's school play (in French) was held in the afternoon, so we attended to watch her performance.
Spring Fling was on, so we took the girls there for the splash pad and a bite to eat.
Halibut for supper, and then we packed up our things so we were ready for the airport the next day.

Wednesday June 3rd 2015
Headed out this morning for a tour of Pike's Market. A fair bit of it was closed down due to construction, but we wandered along the water, browsing and dipping into the buildings as the whim struck.
Gord and I walked down to the Underground Tour ticket booth, and took the tour - very interesting to hear about Seattle's history. We wandered around downtown for a couple of hours before heading back to the hotel.
In the early evening, Arielle & Brad took the kids up the Space Needle while Gord and I wandered around the trolley station and toured through the Glass Garden.

Slow start to the day. Everyone else went for breakfast but I decided to curl up on a couch with my book instead.
Gord and Olivia ran around for a while, using her Magic Wand to complete a quest. She got a way into the quest!
Olivia hit the jackpot at the Arcade. We took photos of her claiming her tickets!
Left about 3:30 pm and headed to Seattle.
Decided to catch the ball game at Safeco Field - Seattle Mariners vs New York Yankees. Very nice field, and we had decent seats. Seattle losing badly at the end, so Arielle wanted to take the kids back to the hotel. As soon as we left the stadium, Seattle rallied and tied the runs, taking the game into overtime! Everyone went back to the stadium to watch the game after all!
Had a late meal at the 5 Point Cafe. Food was good, waitress was wonderful. Wandered back to the hotel for a nightcap and bed.

Monday June 1st 2015
Up at 6:30 am. The rest of them are not morning people, so they didn't rouse until almost 9 am. Had a nice breakfast at the hotel, and headed to the Woodland Premium Outlet mall. I bought a pair of blue and purple Asic shoes to replace mine as mine had holes on the outside of both pairs near the baby toe. Arielle & Brad spent quite a bit on clothes for Olivia as she's growing so fast.
Left here and headed to Grand Mound WA to the Great Wolf Lodge. The girls were awestruck as they looked around the lobby while Arielle was checking in. All the animals, and occasionally they would move, or yawn, or open their eyes...

Up and away by 8:30 am to catch the ferry to Port Angelis, WA. Smooth sailing.
Drove to Portland OR, arriving at the hotel at 5 pm. Free drinks and soup and salad at the Manager's Happy Hour, so we indulged and added a pizza.
Headed down to Old Town to wander around. Stopped at "Fat Head's Pub" for beer flights and cider flights and frickles (deep fried sliced bread and butter pickles). Came back to the hotel for the pool. I bawled Olivia out for running into the pool, shedding her clothes and diving in without waiting for an adult - Arielle had taken Lola up to the room to get her bathing suit.
After changing, Gord walked down to their room to see about getting together for a nightcap. Lola jumped on him and demanded to come to our room for leftover pizza! So they did!
